Bayou Villas was selected as a winner in the Liv Hospitaly Design Awards 2025.

The landscape design is the heart of the project, transforming it into a Mediterranean oasis. Tall, lush trees provide visual and auditory isolation, creating a strong sense of privacy. The vibrant landscape utilizes over 200 plant species. Each villa is surrounded by interconnected exotic gardens and water gardens, where layers of water and greenery establish a distinctive character. The use of both saltwater and freshwater offers varied swimming environments and contributes to an integrated natural ecosystem.

The architecture reinforces this connection to nature. The entrance building acts as a gateway to the new complex. Villas are designed as waterfront residences with a focus on privacy, achieved through shaded passages and wooden screens on the entrance façade, echoing traditional Mediterranean street attitudes. Sunken courtyards bring light and nature to the lower floors, enriching the living experience across the levels. This harmonious project is the result of close collaboration between all designers.
